The last Utah Mormon missionary who was hurt in the Brussels bombings returned home Saturday.

Richard Norby, 66, of Lehi, returned to Utah on a medical plane and was admitted to University Hospital to continue treatment for burns and shrapnel wounds, according to a family statement.

"Elder Richard Norby has made positive strides in his recovery over the past many days," the statement reads. "His feeding tube was removed earlier this week and he is enjoying solid foods again. He is more alert and has repeatedly thanked his Belgian medical staff for their care and concern."

Norby was one of four missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints injured when explosions ripped through the Brussels airport last month. Joseph Empey, 20, of Santa Clara, and Mason Wells, 19, of Sandy, have since returned to Utah.

Fanny Rachel Clain, 20, of Montelimar, France, was en route to a mission in Ohio at the time of the explosions. She is expected resume her missionary service in the United States when she is "fit enough to do so."
